1. Subject matter and key terms 
1.1. The Contractor, EduAI L.L.C-FZ, shall provide, and the Customer shall pay for concept & design consulting services or training or education consulting services. 
1.2. The Customer and the Contractor shall agree on the terms, cost, and ways of service provision (on-site or remote) through the https://bonnieandslide.world/ site web interface. 
1.3. The offer shall be deemed accepted when the Customer accepts the text of the offer and pays for the Contractor's services in full. 

2. Settlements 
2.1. The Contractor's services shall be provided on a prepaid basis. 
2.2. Where applicable, the cost of The Contractor's services shall be subject to VAT. 
3. Acceptance of the services 
The Customer shall be deemed to be satisfied with service quality unless the Customer makes any claim to the Contractor on the last day of service provision, and the Contractor shall not accept or consider any claims from the Customer made at a later date. 

4. Intellectual property rights 
4.1. All rights to intellectual property used for service provision, e.g., graphics, design, texts, illustrations, slides, and other objects, are reserved by the Contractor. The Customer may not copy the Contractor's intellectual property and use it for its own purposes. 
4.2. Any intellectual property created by the Customer in the period of service provision shall be owned by the Customer. The Contractor shall be entitled to use such intellectual property in any manner not prohibited by law. 

5. Account blocking 
In case the Contractor provides the Customer with access to the Contractor's Information Systems (IS) in order to provide services the Contractor may at any time at its discretion: demand explanations from the Customer and/or block the Customer's account until all circumstances have been clarified if the Contractor has reason to believe that the Customer has granted access to its account to third parties and/or uses the account for any purposes other than its intended purpose. 

6. Disputes 
6.1. Disputes shall be resolved under the law of the United Arab Emirates. 
6.2. Any dispute shall be resolved by way of negotiations within 1 (one) month from the date it arose. 
6.3. If the dispute is not resolved by way of negotiations, it shall be submitted to a civil court at the location of the Contractor. 

7. Personal data and Mass email 
Personal data processing procedure by the Contractor and personal data security measures are determined by the Privacy Policy (link). After the Customer completes registration, the Contractor may include the Customer in the mass email lists to send marketing and information emails to the email address specified by the Customer. The Customer can unsubscribe by sending an unsubscribe notice to hi@bonnieandslide.world. 
8. Applicable law 
The terms of this offer shall be governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates
